Design Engineer x 2 Location: Elland West Yorkshire Ref No: 01/18
Job Description:

As a Design Engineer with Colson X-Cel Ltd you have an outstanding opportunity to work with an excellent team of experienced Design and Test Engineers. You will work in partnership with them developing new and existing products, supporting our Sales team, Global agents and external Sales Managers with deign and technical information. This is a very Senior Position within our Technical team and we are looking for high Calibre, Experienced Candidates.

OTE - dependant on experience.

Person Description:
  • Fully conversant with the relevent design standrds we work to such as ASME, ANSI, EEMUA,API etc.
  • Autocad experience is essential.
  • Experience in designing piping and instrument valves.
  • Be able to work in a team and think outside the box.
  • Use initiative to bring designs from an idea to a manufactured product working with Procurement and Operations to minimise cost.
  • An understanding of machining would be desirable though being able to work closely with our CNC operations team and undertsand how to produce parts is a must.

Assembly and Test Engineers Location: Elland Ref No: 02/18
Job Description:

Due to an influx of Project Orders we are looking for Assembly and Valve Test Engineers.

Assembly Engineers are required for various levels from basic assembling of instrument ball and needle valves to experienced fitters putting together our range of large bore valves weighing over a tonne.

Experience would be ideal but intense training is provided for all types of product.

Valve Test Engineers must have experience of testing high pressure valves or gas/hydraulic systems. Testing includes use of hydrostaic and gas rigs up to 20,000 psi. All training required for the safe use of the equipment will be provided by the experienced team.

Person Description:
