Colson Valves manufactures modular sampling and chemical injection valve assemblies engineered for safe, verifiable isolation in process sampling and chemical injection applications. These integrated assemblies combine primary and secondary isolation with vent valves and connection points in a single, compact unit — reducing potential leak paths and installation time.
The range provides injection or sample through a precision probe whilst still achieving a positive shut off when isolating the line. The range is suitable for space-restricted installations, which reduces leak paths and emissions compared to a traditional methodology. The range is provided with supporting wake calculations to ensure the highest level of safety and confidence.
All sampling and injection assemblies are manufactured in-house at our UK facility, with full material traceability, pressure testing and compliance with internationally recognised standards.
Colson sampling and injection valves are commonly specified in:
All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 certified quality management systems. Full material certification is supplied as standard, with traceability maintained from source material throughout the manufacturing process. Inspection and test records are available to support audit, third-party witnessing and asset management requirements.
Where standard products do not meet the application – unusual dimensions, extreme service conditions, specific material requirements or tight delivery constraints – our in-house engineering team can design and manufacture a bespoke solution. Our fast response to late specification changes is one of the things our customers value most about working with us.
Our valve solutions are used in safety-critical and severe service applications across oil & gas, chemical processing, energy, power generation and defence. Working in a different sector? If your application is demanding, we’d like to hear about it.
Integrated assemblies reduce potential leak paths compared to multi-component installations. Manufactured in-house with full traceability. Bespoke probe lengths and configurations available to meet specific application requirements.
