Precision engineering is at the heart of everything we do at Colson Valves – and that starts with our people. The majority of our team are qualified engineers, working with advanced machinery every day to deliver the close-tolerance manufacture our customers depend on. Many of our senior team started on the shopfloor. We actively support progression at every level and we partner with the AMRC Training Centre to develop the next generation of engineers through our apprenticeship programme.
