Colson Valves manufactures mono-flanges engineered to provide multiple isolation points in a single, compact flange-mounted assembly. This space-efficient design is ideal for applications where installation space is restricted or where multiple isolation duties must be performed at a single connection point.
The range is available with bolted bonnet (primary isolation) or standard bonnet configurations, in Block, Block & Bleed and Double Block & Bleed arrangements. All valves feature non-rotating hard tips for effective shut-off, top-sealing bonnets and metal-to-metal bonnet seals for pressure tightness at elevated temperatures.
Manufactured in-house at our bespoke UK facility with full material traceability and testing to internationally recognised standards.

Full material certification is supplied as standard, with traceability maintained from source material throughout the manufacturing process. Inspection and test records are available to support audit, third-party witnessing and asset management requirements.
Where standard products do not meet the application – unusual dimensions, extreme service conditions, specific material requirements or tight delivery constraints – our in-house engineering team can design and manufacture a bespoke solution.
